Do I need a wholesale account to place an order?

Yes, you require a wholesale account to place an order. Once registered, you may purchase at a discounted rate depending on the type of account you choose. Bulk pricing is also available on selected items.

When can I expect my order?

Please allow up-to 30 business days to receive your first order and up to 14 business days for recurring orders. Time frames are determined by the amount of time it takes to process payments (3-7 business days), production, quality checks and fulfillment. Delays may occur during statutory holidays. Some items may ship separately without any additional cost to you. It is recommended that you adhere to the Sales Rep Order Schedule to avoid delays.

Who is responsible for custom duties and other fees?

We are not responsible for taxes and duties charged by customs but will do our best to avoid such charges.

What is your return policy?

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For more information about our return policy click HERE
